We were very pleased with the rental. The property has been renovated and everything is first rate. Nice furniture, full kitchen with lots of spices, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Easy first floor access directly across from parking spot. Property is only a block from I-95, so getting anywhere is very easy. Lots of restaurants and shopping right over on Congress Ave. Owner called right after we checked in to make sure everything was in order. Couldn't ask for a nicer place.”

I'm going to start off by thanking Guy! He was very helpfull and always willing to answer any question I had. I speant 2 weeks here with my family and honestly have no complaints! The condo is beautiful and very clean, everything looks new and modern. We had a great time at the beach which is just a short drive away and also enjoyed the pool! The house even has beach towels, chairs and a cooler! It was very handy. I would definitely recomend this condo to everyone, you won't regret it!”

The condo is EXACTLY as described. Minutes away from everything - shopping, beach, fishing, etc. Clean, stocked and comfy. Owner was very easy to deal with and even called to make sure we arrived and that we were comfortable. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Pool area is well maintained. But, best of all the entire complex was dog friendly with stations strategically placed for disposal of waste. Best of all NO BUGS -- the lizards take care of those I imagine. Would definitely recommend this condo to vacationers -- in fact, family in Mich. plans to rent with us next time. WOW AMAZING -- Nothing more to say -- This was the best vacation EVER! 🙂”

Owner Guy was very good to work with and responded quickly to all inquiries and questions. The condo is as advertised - well stocked and maintained and was perfect for our needs. A friend and I spent a month here using the pool, pathway around the complex and gym daily. While shopping, eateries, etc are close by, access to a car is recommended. Beach, shopping etc. are all at least 20 minutes walk each way and the volume of traffic (not to mention noise) is heavy in the area - not really suitable for a causal walk day or evening. Still a great place to stay with plenty of space for 4 people and for trips to other locales and attractions.”

The condo is beautiful,... has a .reserved parking space right in front of the condo entry,....... it is extremely neat and overstocked with the essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels,laundry supplies,etc......The kitchen is neat, has a fridge,microwave,stove and dishwasher and well stocked with dishes , glasses,etc. We found several good local restaurants that quickly delivered delicious meals at reasonable prices.........we also ordered groceries from Publix Supermarket which delivered within a few hours which was great for us because we didn't have a car !! We also enjoyed sitting out on the lanai and watching the wildlife in the pond .............. ( birds ,gecko's ,iguanas.turtles,etc ). We enjoyed the TV and WiFi which we were able to use our Amazon Fire Stick to get additional channels than Xfinity offered..”

Everything necessary for our stay was there and when there was a problem with the shower, Guy and his man responded immediately. Also, the location was perfect. All types of shopping and restaurants were 2 minutes away and the beach less than 15 minutes. We highly recommend this spot for a great vacation!”
